Improvements in process control and developments of plastic powders over the past two decades have resulted in a significant increase in the usage of the rotational moulding process. Rotational moulding has inherent design strengths, such as consistent wall thickness and corners that are virtually stress-free. Materials Handling
Trolley bins
Bulk handling Bins are rotationally moulded from Linear, medium density polyethylene. They are seamless, one-piece mouldings and are mounted on a heavy-duty frame equipped with high quality castors. The Bins combine strength, lightness and flexibility to cope with rough treatment. Smooth surfaces and rounded corners allow easy cleaning.
Pallet bins
These Heavy Duty one piece mouldings are seamless, rugged and are moulded from medium density linear polyethylene, which won’t chip , corrode or rust. The smooth interior wall does not absorb moisture and is odourless. Rounded interior corners do not collect dirt and clean easily. A wide range of shapes and sizes to choose from.
Rack bins
A large range of Rack Bins are available from Pioneer Plastics, our Rack Bins are heavy duty one-piece mouldings and are extremely durable.
